Where the letter face joins the sides we blend the edges so the letters look seamless, as if moulded from a solid block of metal. What’s more, we can treat the material to vary the shine and texture and produce a sign that’s truly unique. We can polish, brush, bead-blast or paint letters to match your spec.
POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL LETTERSSpecifications: Alloy 304/316 steel with a highly reflective, mirror-like finish. Perfect for expressing a high tech image. Excellent for indoor or outdoor use. (Note: Surface reflections can reduce the legibility of letters when they are displayed outdoors.)
SATIN STAINLESS STEEL LETTERSSpecifications: Alloy 304/316 steel with a semi-reflective finish and hairline texture. Excellent for indoor or outdoor use. The most popular sign in our range.
NON-DIRECTIONAL STAINLESS STEEL LETTERSSpecifications: Alloy 304/316 steel treated with a range of sanding grits. Vary the reflectivity of your sign from matte to gloss with your choice of sanding grit.
BEAD BLASTEDSpecifications: Alloy 304/316 steel, blasted with beads to achieve a clean, uniform matte finish with low refelctivity.
POLYURETHANE PAINTEDSpecifications: Alloy 304 with high grade paint finish. We colour-match letters to brand colours with best-in-class acrylic polyurethane paints. The result is a beautifully smooth sign that is impact resistant and weather protected. Unlike painted aluminium, steel will not tarnish if the paint above it gets a scratch.
